Then product was sent incomplete and cannot be used as it is.  I w had a lot of discussion with the company initially to ensure I was going to get what I asked for, and once I had paid I discovered that they were not going to send one of the pieces, they said it would cost more to have that piece.  I paid extra because I needed the pieces quickly.  Now that the goods have arrived I can see that some many other pieces are not there - no bearings, no attachments.  I have asked what happened to these pieces and have been told that I have to pay more. This is ridiculous. I have no choice but to apply for a refund.
